Allergy Relief Tincture

Ingredients
Nettle - Soothes inflammation by regulating the allergic response. It carries abundant minerals and phytonutrients to rebuild damaged membranes and improve cellular function
Yarrow - Anti-microbial and anti-catarrhal actions support the respiratory system.
Elderflower - Elderflower is a drying herb so it helps reduce the build-up of mucus. It also reduces inflammation in the lungs, which leads to improved breathing.
Sage - Contains aromatics that ease upper respiratory inflammation, open the lungs (bronchodilator), and are antimicrobial
Mullein - As a restorative for the lungs, mullein nourishes, moistens, and detoxifies
Peppermint - Eases tension and moves lymph in the head, reduces inflammation in the mouth, and opens airways
Licorice - Moistens the lungs and eases coughing and irritation. Reduces inflammation in the liver, which often contributes to the allergic response
