Ingredients

Black cohosh - A valuable relaxant and regulator of the female reproductive system. Treats a variety of menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, headache, vertigo, palpitations, ringing in the ears, irritability, insomnia and depressive moods.

Dandelion leaf - A cooling bitter that relieves heat sensations

Motherwort - A relaxing uterine regulator for menopausal changes. Motherwort is also an excellent heart tonic, strengthening without straining

Sage - Regulates temperature fluctuations, hot flashes, and night sweats

Licorice - Reduces severity and number of hot flashes by balancing hormonal swings

Chamomile - Eases muscle tension and irritability

Suggested Use:

1-2 droppers, 1-3 times daily.
