Chamomile is one the most widely used relaxing nervines in the West. Traditionally used for irritability, restlessness, anxiety, indigestion, loss of appetite, nausea, headaches, inflamed skin, and much more. It is well suited for irritable and fussy children, or for adults who tend to be grumpy about not-so-terrible pain. It sweetens the spirit. As a tincture, chamomile can act as more of a muscle relaxant to help with pains and even cramping.
Sensitivity to plants of the Asteraceae family.
