Mushroom powders are great to mix into morning coffee or chai.
An 8:1 ratio means that eight pounds of mushroom goes into one pound of extract. There are no fillers, grains, or mycelium in this product. It comes from the actual mushroom "fruiting bodies".
The Five Guardians blend is an organic hot water and alcohol extract blend of five mushrooms turned back into a powder form to ensure bioavailability. Without extraction, mushrooms are not well absorbed by the body, if at all.
Dosage
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. One ounce can last a month or longer depending on use.
Sold by the ounce. Packaged in a biodegradable ziplock.
