Our popular Five Guardians mushroom blend is an organic hot water extract of Reishi, Chaga, Turkey Tail, Shiitake & Maitake in a 1:1 ratio. A 1:1 ratio means that one pound of mushrooms goes into one pound of extract. There are no fillers, grains, or mycelium in this product. It comes from the actual mushroom "fruiting bodies".
The pairing of these mushrooms creates a synergistic effect in bolstering the immune system to prevent illness and boost vitality.
