Stinging Nettle has a powerhouse of nutritional benefits as well as an ability to balance our hormones. You will definitely know when you have met Nettle in the forest. Its rich leafy green leaves blend into a green landscape, but when touched: ouch! You will feel the sting and irritation. This release is due to formic acid and histamine, formic acid is found in bees and stinging ants as well. Formic acid has been used in a variety of healing for advanced bacterial infection and immune disorders like rheumatoid arthritis.

Mars rules nettle through its authority. Mars is the healer when we need to shed and release what's been sticking around and pulling us down energetically. Bacteria, parasites, and fungus can physically be challenging to treat without treating the emotional as well. Mars and its cleansing force works through Nettle to flush out these mindsets from parasitic thought forms that have invaded our boundaries. This quick action burns away what is holding us down from our inspiration and full potential giving us vitality.

Flower essence tinctures work by modifying energy flow through the typical acupuncture meridians. Shifts in these energetic patterns influence the consciousness in helpful ways both emotionally and physically. These homeopathic remedies can be described as “vibrational” or energy medicine. This is imprinted in the water and then preserved as medicine. Preserved with brandy but can be replaced with glycerin upon request.

The flower essence of Nettle is only the vibration of the plant and no plant material is used in the harvesting process.

This can be used as a tincture ingested neat, or added to water, tea whatever you feel. I recommend one drop in water three times a day. All of the essences can also be added to a bath.
