The sunflower, although unsuspecting, has a wide variety of healing powers. It improves our digestion, strengthens bones and muscles, and improves brain health. Sunflower seeds are high in protein and contain vitamins A, B, and E. They are rich in calcium and minerals. The glorious patterns in the sunflower reveal the seeds of life that represent all creation. This beautiful geometry shows us it’s healing and reminds us that we are all connected to higher consciousness. The Sunflower is ruled by the Sun and brings us Fire and passion. However, the Sunflower also has the quality of Water and a connection to the Moon that works together in harmony with the Sun's energy to create a balance of inward and outward expression. The Moon pushes the life force energy of the sun into full expression and reminds us of what we are here to create. This action of co-existence brings the masculine and feminine together imbalance with each other. Helping us to harmonize these forces within our relationships and ourselves.

Sunflowers help lift our vibration and help us to let go of toxic situations that no longer serve us. Their big, bright yellow petals shine strong and confident. Sunflowers help give us balance and support our personal power increasing vitality.

Flower essence tinctures work by modifying energy flow through the typical acupuncture meridians. Shifts in these energetic patterns influence the consciousness in helpful ways both emotionally and physically. These homeopathic remedies can be described as “vibrational” or energy medicine. Flowers themselves contain the highest concentration of life force energy of the plant. Through the sun infusion method, we can harness the healing vibrational pattern and energy of the flower. This is imprinted in the water and then preserved as medicine. Preserved with brandy but can be replaced with glycerin upon request.

The flower essence of Sunflower is only the vibration of the plant and no plant material is used in the harvesting process.

This can be used as a tincture ingested neat, or added to water, tea whatever you feel. I recommend one drop in water three times a day. All of the essences can also be added to a bath.
